The Maine Beer and Wine Distributors Association (MBWDA) supports the state-based regulation of beer and wine, ensuring quality, choice, and safety for Maine consumers. The Association’s current responsibility campaign promotes alcohol awareness within Maine communities and advocates responsible choices in life and related to alcohol.
Julia Clukey's Camp for Girls Julia Clukey’s Camp for Girls
Since 2012, Olympian Julia Clukey and the Kennebec Valley YMCA have hosted Julia Clukey’s Camp for Girls in Readfield, Maine. The 10-day summer camp takes place in June on Maranacook Lake. The camp is designed for girls ages 8-11 as a place to develop self-confidence and a healthy lifestyle.
